Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Underground Superintendent to lead and oversee underground construction operations. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise underground construction teams, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, schematics, and safety protocols
Oversee daily site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, equipment, materials, and resources effectively
Monitor project progress through blueprint reading, schematics review, and quality control inspections to uphold high standards
Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing estimates, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality




Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations to ensure a secure work setting

Skills
Extensive experience supervising underground construction projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Strong proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates accurately
Skilled in quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Excellent budgeting skills with experience managing project costs effectively
Demonstrated leadership in supervising diverse teams within a energetic construction environment
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices specific to underground construction sites
