URG Graphics Inc. manufactures rotogravure printing cylinders for customers across North America. We’re growing our Brampton production team and looking for people who have experience operating manufacturing equipment and enjoy hands-on work.

You don’t need rotogravure experience. We’ll train you on our processes. What matters most is that you’re comfortable working with machines, pay attention to detail, and can move between tasks as production needs change.

What you’ll do
Operate and monitor equipment used to manufacture printing cylinders
Polish cylinders and check your work against quality requirements
Load and unload cylinders and support copper plating operations
Make basic equipment adjustments and report issues when something isn’t running correctly
Move between machines and production steps throughout your shift
Follow work instructions and keep your work area clean and safe

What we’re looking for




Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production workplace
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with a team
Comfort staying active and on your feet for much of the shift

This is a varied production role. You’ll work with several machines and processes rather than remain at one station all day.

Shifts and benefits
Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
40–50 hours per week
Benefits and pension eligibility after three months

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
