Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality in every plate
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food products
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of orders and maintaining a clean work station
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils,



and work surfaces, adhering to health regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow during busy service hours

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Basic understanding of meal preparation and food industry operations is a plus
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
