Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves working on various concrete projects, including formwork, finishing, and restoration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and familiarity with construction tools and techniques. Prior experience in masonry, carpentry, or heavy equipment operation is a plus. This position offers an chance to develop skills in concrete forming, rebar installation, and blueprint reading within a dynamic construction workplace.

Duties
Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes to ensure high-quality results
Set up and dismantle formwork using hand tools, power tools, and schematics
Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to project specifications
Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and moving materials
Perform masonry tasks such as caulking, flooring installation, and restoration work
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately
Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing various materials
Support renovation projects by preparing surfaces and applying finishing touches




Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of work, including heavy lifting and welding tasks

Skills
Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools
Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
Proficiency in carpentry, masonry, and flooring installation
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and caulking techniques
Robust understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments for extended periods
Familiarity with renovation processes including restoration work and flooring installation
