Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeping room attendant supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a background in motel operations. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient workflow to deliver exceptional service to guests.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Train current team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and operational procedures.




Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
Assist cleaners in performing duties.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues as needed.
Experience
Proven experience in motel housekeeping.
Prior supervisory experience in the motel industry is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $27.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
