Duties
Assist with food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards and safety regulations
Support kitchen staff with meal assembly and plating
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Handle food safety procedures, including proper food handling and storage
Operate POS systems for order processing and cashiering tasks
Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Manage cash handling accurately during transactions
Ensure timely delivery of orders to maintain productive service flow
Support guest services by addressing customer inquiries courteously
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
Experience in customer service roles such as serving or guest services is desirable
Hospitality or hotel experience, including barista skills or bar service, is a plus
Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to health regulations are essential
