As part of Sunoco's Legal team, you will coordinate functions related to commercial leasing and franchising, ensuring thorough document preparation and database management. Your work will involve developing franchise agreements and supporting the legal processes necessary for franchise operations.

You will be a key contributor to maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review commercial leases and documents
Coordinate franchise agreements and maintain records
Assist in tracking Disclosure Documents for franchisees
Conduct corporate filings and other legal processes
Support store transfers through legal documentation

Requirements:
Diploma in Legal Assisting or Paralegal Studies
Minimum 3 years in a legal role with franchising focus
Experience with Real Estate and Corporate law required
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
