Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Key Requirements

Experience:

8-12+ years of skilled backend development experience with a degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.

Core Tech:

Robust expertise in

Java ,

Spring Boot ,

Kafka , and containerized architectures ( Kubernetes

/ OpenShift).

Networking & Protocols:

Experience with low-level network socket programming (TCP/IP, UDP) and distributed system integration patterns.

Security & Tools:

Understanding of secure application development (OAuth2, JWT, encryption) and robust Git proficiency.

Nice-to-Have:

CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, scripting,



and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.

Optimize system performance, security, and reliability across distributed environments.

Troubleshoot production issues and write robust unit/integration tests.

Collaborate on system architecture and contribute to continuous improvement.
