Job Title: General Labourer (Counterbalance Forklift)
Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay Rate: $21.78 per hour
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

We are looking for reliable and physically capable general laborers with counterbalance forklift experience to support production clean-up in a busy manufacturing plant workplace in Scarborough. This role is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy plant environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day clean-up and maintenance of production areas to ensure a secure and organized work environment
Duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing debris throughout facility.
Move product and equipment as required, dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures.
Operate a counterbalance forklift (where licensed and required) to move materials safely.
Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.




Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE

Requirements:
Counterbalance forklift experience and certification required
Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a plant production setting (as they manufacture adhesives workplace may be sticky/dirty)
Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Safety shoes required.
