You will provide first-level technical support for Carquest Stores, Corporate and Distribution Center teams, Emphasizing quick resolution and transparent documentation for future reference.
The role requires robust problem-solving skills, experience with Service Now, Exploris/Weblink familiarity, and the ability to work weekends and after hours as needed. ITIL certification is preferred.
