DescriptionA Note on Assignment Type:This position is listed as Onsite, working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified.ScopeThe Justice Technology Services – Digital Design Branch requires one (1) Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with 5+ years experience for building a modern digital information system and its integration with other internal and external applications.Assignment DeliverablesThe Justice Technology Services – Digital Design Branch requires one (1) Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with 5+ years experience for building a modern digital information system and it’s integration with other internal and external applications.Prepare appropriate level test cases for functional / unit testingPerform functional / unit testing and document resultsAssist other parties groups with their related testing activities (UAT)Participate in Knowledge transferExperience RequirementsA Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement:The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027,



in accordance with the survival clause.The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.Experience and Skillset RequirementsMandatory RequirementsQuality Assurance Skills7+ years of demonstrated experience in defect tracking using a cooperative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants.Demonstrated experience in developing test plans, test scripts and test data; documenting software defects and tracking resolutions.Experience with User Acceptance Testing and leading initial UAT sessionsGood analytical, communication skills and ability to work independently and also perform as part of a team.Technical SkillsHands on experiences with technologies such as SharePoint, .NET Web, Web Services, HTML, JavaScriptKnowledge and experience in the use of automated test tools and version control systems on one or more platformsDemonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life CycleDemonstrated experience documenting and tracking testing and issue tracking systems such as JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, Asana.Resumes Evaluation/Criteria:Criteria 1: QA Skills – 40 PointsDemonstrated experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants.Criteria 2:
