Dollarama in Winnipeg is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent and help with staffing, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.
The role requires at least two years in retail with supervisory experience, solid leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace.
