BIS Safety Software is seeking a Software Support Representative to be the first contact for customers, delivering knowledgeable technical support and helping them maximize the value of our safety software. This in-person role is based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
You will troubleshoot issues, educate users on features, document inquiries, and collaborate with Development and other teams to continually improve the customer experience in a quick-paced setting.
