In the role of Accredited Assessor – Non-Residential, you will focus on maintaining valuation models and conducting assessments for various properties in Parkland County. Your expertise will contribute to the economic sustainability and legislative compliance within the Assessment & Tax Department. Engaging with property owners and industry partners, you will provide qualified assessment support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain non-residential valuation models
• Conduct assessments and inspections of diverse portfolio
• Ensure compliance with provincial property legislation
• Communicate effectively with property owners and stakeholders
• Support assessment reviews and lead special projects
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or Urban Land Economics
• AMAA designation or equivalent
• Five years of accredited assessment experience
• Robust communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS software
