About the Role KOMP is looking for a People Operations Manager to strengthen employee lifecycle processes and build scalable HR operations across a growing global workforce.
Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding, transfers, changes, and offboarding processes.
Improve HR workflows and employee lifecycle operations.
Maintain accurate workforce records and HR documentation.
Partner with HR, Finance, Compliance, and business teams.
Support advantages, policies, workforce administration, and employee queries.
Establish consistent HR processes across teams and locations.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR workflows.
Track operational metrics and improve employee-service delivery.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
Experience working with HRIS and workforce-management platforms.
Experience supporting distributed or international workforces preferred.
Robust process-management and organizational skills.
