Join Kinark Child and Family Services as a Scheduling Coordinator for Autism Services. This full time role in scheduling Instructor Therapists involves effective planning and coordination of staff across multiple programs and locations.

As you report to the Program Manager – Autism, you will oversee schedules for both full-time and part time Instructor Therapists in various ABA programs. Responsibilities include managing short notice absences, responding to time-off requests, and inputting client appointment data. Your organizational skills will ensure a smooth operation across our center-based, home-based, and virtual services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule staff based on availability and client needs
• Respond to short notice absence calls promptly




• Coordinate schedules across various operations
• Enter client appointment data accurately
• Assist in managing vacant positions and training cycles

Requirements:
• Related post-secondary education required
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel needed
• Experience with Kronos and Peoplesoft is an asset
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
