JSX is seeking an Airport Operations Concierge to deliver a seamless, secure, and elevated experience across Above Wing and Below Wing operations. You will handle check-in, boarding, ramp duties, and on-time performance while upholding security and brand standards.
Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of customer service experience. A valid driver's license is required, and you should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work versatile schedule in all weather.
