Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising respiratory care staff
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards
• Manage hiring, reviews, and training of team members
• Serve as a role model and mentor
• Support the manager across multiple departments

Requirements:
• RRT (Respiratory Therapy License) required
• Active NBRC Credential for RRT
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience in acute respiratory care
• Robust critical thinking and clinical skills
