Kick is seeking an Account Manager to own the post-sale journey for accounting firms from onboarding through activation, expansion and renewal. This in-person role is based in our downtown Toronto office and collaborates with the CEO and Head of Growth to build a repeatable customer growth playbook.
You will become a product expert, guide accountants through trial, activation and expansion, and design scalable processes across the accountant lifecycle.
