Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.

Educate customers about products, styling, and available programs.

Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.

Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and visual standards.

Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile setting preferred.

Robust communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.

Versatile availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
