The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering excellent client service and achieving individual sales goals. This role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise and a client-centered approach.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
Develop solid client relationships and contribute to boutique performance and sales goals.
Follow store security procedures and operate necessary sales and office equipment.
Requirements
At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience; luxury consumer goods experience is preferred.
Robust communication, organization, and follow-through skills, with a drive for business results and an interest in fashion.
Ability to work wide-ranging hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 pounds.
