OPENLANE is seeking a Team Lead, Commercial Accounts to manage the inventory and sales flow for wholesale vehicle remarketing. You will oversee inquiries, ensure compliance with client SLAs, and guide the team to maintain quality across our digital platforms.
Reporting to the National Commercial Accounts Manager, you will coordinate with account reps and operations, optimize regional workflows, and drive continuous improvement in service levels on sale days.
