Become a Campus Services Associate at Sheridan, providing essential support services and exceptional customer service in a fully in office setting. Manage oneCARD operations, assist customers, and perform wide-ranging administrative tasks.

In this role reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and effective responses. Your responsibilities include processing oneCARDs, handling Point of Sale transactions, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Engaging with students, staff, and faculty, you will enhance their experience at the Campus Store and oneCARD office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with digital course material issues and related hiring processes
• Produce and replace lost oneCARDs for the community
• Manage Point of Sale (POS)



transactions and daily reconciliations
• Answer inquiries in-person and through multiple channels
• Coordinate in-store merchandising and promotional setups

Requirements:
• 2-year degree in Business, Office Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a busy office workplace
• Knowledge of oneCARD and Campus Store operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with POS equipment reconciliation
