Pangeo Group is seeking a Plant Manager for its Vaughan, Ontario aluminum die casting and machining site. You will lead the management team, drive key customer programs, and grow a diverse team while owning safety, quality, cost, delivery, and financial results.
The role is built for a hands-on leader who works from the floor, focusing on process development, automation, and data-driven decision-making to sustain growth and performance in a start-up/ramp phase.
