What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy
Identify and resolve issues — sometimes quickly, sometimes with in-depth troubleshooting
Work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Learn and use tools like APIs, monitoring systems, and support platforms
What We’re Looking For Solid problem-solving skills and a desire to learn
Positive communication skills & customer focus
Basic understanding of IT/technical tools (e.g. SQL, FTP/SFTP, ServiceNow or similar)
Someone proactive, responsible, and able to own issues from start to finish
