Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be pivotal in managing our sales strategy and achieving corporate objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass coaching the Sales team and ensuring client relationships are leveraged for business growth. With your emphasis on consumer insights and market trends, you’ll enable CDS Canada to deliver exceptional service to its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with Retail partners
• Conduct coaching sessions and team training
• Drive sales presentations and identify growth prospects




• Assist in the strategic business planning process
• Utilize analytical tools to enhance sales insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• 2 years of team management experience
• Solid leadership and customer service focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
