You will manage orders from entry through completion, resolve complex inquiries, and coordinate with planning, purchasing, warehouse and technical support to deliver excellent service. The role emphasizes independent work, bilingual English/French preferences, and proficiency with ERP/SAP, JD Edwards and Salesforce.
