You will manage accounting records for the management company and subsidiaries, handle full-cycle AP, prepare monthly journals, reconciliations, GST returns, and support payroll and year-end close. We seek a degreed accountant with at least 3 years of experience, solid Excel skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Yardi experience is an asset.
