Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care

HealthOPM staffing agency is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for casual shifts within a long-term care home in the Brantford area. We're looking for dependable nurses with long-term care experience who can provide secure resident care and offer adaptable availability, including weekends.

The Role

Provide nursing assessments, resident care and ongoing monitoring

Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and scope of practice

Respond to changes in resident condition and escalate concerns appropriately

Complete clinical documentation and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team





Provide direction and support to RPNs and PSWs as appropriate

Requirements

Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

Previous long-term care, retirement or geriatric nursing experience preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification

Vulnerable Sector Check and required health/immunization documentation

Reliable transportation to the Brantford area

Versatile casual availability, including weekends

Able to start as soon as possible
