Drive the coordination of home support services at Yee Hong Centre as a Program Coordinator. This role is central to enhancing services for seniors through effective community interactions. In your role as Program Coordinator, you will report to the Program Manager/Assistant Director. You will oversee the daily delivery of support services while ensuring the highest standards in senior care. Your background in health care or social services and supervisory experience will contribute to this impactful position. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of home support services

Employ assessment tools to enhance service quality
Lead training and support for volunteers

Bachelor’s degree in social services, health care, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
Current CPR certificate essential
