Relay is scaling its Risk Strategy team and seeks a data-driven Risk Strategist to own end-to-end fraud projects, backtest rules, and collaborate with Risk Ops, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Data to strengthen defenses while preserving a seamless customer experience.

You will translate insights into clear recommendations, design and tune fraud rules across onboarding, payments, and account usage, measure impact, and continuously optimize risk scoring in a rapid-paced fintech
