Aviva Canada is seeking a claims specialist to handle claim settlement via telephone in a hybrid setting in Oakville, ON. You will work with premier property vendors, verify coverage, and process FNOL information while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in claims or customer service, robust communication, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting. English/French is a plus; Cantonese/Mandarin/Korean/Punjabi knowledge is a bonus.
