Global Edmonton's News Department is in search of two permanent Digital Journalists to enhance its team. You will report to the Managing Director, working a variety of shifts, including weekends. The role requires experience in producing energetic newscasts and engaging reports while collaborating with local, national, and international resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write compelling news content for various newscasts
• Produce engaging local and international video stories
• Research and develop original news and guest ideas




• Communicate breaking news effectively across platforms
• Ensure timely updates and promotions for online content

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in journalism
• Two years of television news production experience
• One year of reporting experience with on-air presence
• Familiarity with Canadian Press Style
• Valid driver’s license with a clear record
