In this role, you will manage invoicing and vendor communications using Sage Intacct from locations like Thunder Bay or Sioux Lookout. Reporting directly to the Intermediate Accountant, this position encompasses processing day-to-day payables and maintaining exact financial documentation. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance while supporting overall financial operations. Travel to Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug First Nation may be required. Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify payments for invoices
Monitor vendor relations and address billing discrepancies
Keep accurate financial records for audits
Prepare electronic payments including ACH and checks
