Spear Bio, founded in 2021, is a rapid-growing biotech startup headquartered in Woburn, MA. We are seeking top-performing Business Development Managers to bring our ultra-sensitive Immunoassays to the Life Sciences and CRO markets across the Greater Boston area.

You will leverage a deep neurodegeneration research network in Big Pharma, Biotech, CROs, and Academia, travel 30–40% of the time, and work onsite at the Woburn HQ when not visiting customers.
