If our ethos resonates with you, we'd love for you to join us!As a technology first company, we're currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.The Role: As a Senior Full Stack Developer at FTS, you will report to the Head of Engineering with the responsibility of leading the design and development of complex, high-performance web applications. You will serve as a technical leader on the team, mentoring junior and intermediate developers while driving architectural decisions that support the scalability and growth of our travel technology platform.Responsibilities:* Lead the architecture, design, and development of full stack solutions across our core platform.* Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical guidance.* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery plans.* Drive best practices for code quality, testing, performance, and security.* Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features from discovery through production deployment.* Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks,



and tools to improve platform capabilities.* Integrate third-party APIs, travel distribution systems, and external services.* Contribute to sprint planning, technical roadmap discussions, and architectural reviews.* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.* Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, cloud-native delivery.Experience/Skills Required:* 8+ years of professional full stack development experience.* Deep expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.* Strong back-end experience with Java, Python, Node.js or Go.* Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.* Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).* Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* Experience in travel technology or airline systems is a strong asset.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.What you can expect from us:* Work from home flexibility (minimum 3 days in office — based in Quebec)* Guidance from senior team members* Collaboration with a supportive and committed team* Prospects for personal and professional development
