Department: NAM – Digital CommerceReports to: Manager, Global Digital Product ContentLocation: North Vancouver, B.CYour Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Global Digital Product Content Specialist, you will execute the publishing of ecommerce product copy, translations, and studio images across all Arc’teryx brand websites and regions. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand standards, directly supporting our ecommerce growth and strategic priorities. You will act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, driving consistency and efficiency in global content workflows.This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.Meet Your Future Team:The Digital Product team are the product gatekeepers between the business and Arc’teryx websites and apps, we work to ensure that E-commerce product is published accurately and on-time across multiple websites, regions, and languages. We are responsible for maintaining e-commerce product copy, visual assets, translations, multiple shopping tools, user generated content programs and other guest-facing content, ensuring a best-in-class online guest experience that is user focused and based on data driven evolution across all regional Arcteryx.Com websites and apps.Executing the onboarding of new product copy, translations, and studio images across global websites and regionsEnsuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to brand standards for all digital product content on Product Detail Page (PDP)Coordinating with cross-functional partners (e.G., Ecommerce, Studio, Localization, Merchandising) to align product launch priorities and timelinesMonitoring and maintaining content workflows to support seasonal launches and speed-to-market objectivesTroubleshooting and resolving product content issues to minimize delays and errorsAnalyzing product content performance to proactively identify new content outputs and optimization opportunitiesSupporting process improvements and documentation for global content operationsSupporting large-scale content cleanup and roadmap projectsLeading initiatives to streamline global digital product content publishing processes and toolsActing as a subject matter expert for digital content workflows and governanceSupporting the onboarding and training of new team members in publishing best practicesYou have 3+ years of Digital Content and/or Merchandising ExperienceYou have a university degree in a relevant subjectYou have experience working for a DTC brandYou have experience working with product information management toolsYou have strong organizational and analytical skillsYou have strong communication skills and are confident communicating with cross-functional teamsYou have an aptitude for learning and working with various web technologiesYou are confident managing multiple projects and make timely decisionsYou are passionate about delivering an exceptional digital experience for our guestsYou are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutionsYou remain highly versatile and adaptable when faced with ambiguityYou effectively balance autonomy and collaborationYou inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvementYou seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is rightYour passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living itThe salary range for this role is: CAD$71,000 - CAD$80,000.Total RewardsMost new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx.
