Roots, a proudly Canadian lifestyle brand, is seeking a Team Lead in Newmarket, Ontario to unite the leadership team and sales associates, engaging the group to exceed goals and uphold a best-in-class in-store experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the Store and Assistant Managers, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations including opening/closing, inventory duties, and adherence to policies. Weekend/holiday shifts required for this role.
