Join Humber River Health as a part-time Cardio-Pulmonary Technician in Outpatient Pediatrics, where advanced technology meets compassionate care. Support pediatric patients through crucial diagnostic testing and education.
At Humber River Health, you will conduct vital diagnostic tests including spirometry and lung function assessments as a part of the Outpatient Pediatric Team. This role requires expertise in pulmonary care, solid communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and safety. You will also assist with equipment maintenance and quality control to ensure reliable testing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform critical diagnostic tests for pediatric patients
• Provide education and support to patients and families




• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic equipment accurately
• Document patient records with precision and care
• Assist in departmental supply management and audits
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Cardio-pulmonary program
• CACPT registration or eligible for examination
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Preferred experience in pulmonary function testing
• Knowledge of pulmonary anatomy/physiology needed
