At Master, we’re not just hiring a Senior Credit & Collection Agent — we’re inviting a trusted financial partner to join a agile team where your judgment, integrity, and communication make a daily difference.As part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you’ll help safeguard the financial health of one of Canada’s most respected HVAC-R distributors — all while supporting our mission of excellence and service.What You Will Accomplish With UsStrategic AgilityCollaborate with your supervisor to assess margin increase requestsApprove credit-limit exceptions using sound analysis and business judgmentOperational ExcellenceManage and collect receivables for your assigned territoryRelease orders for inventory-ready itemsReconcile customer accounts accurately and in a timely mannerAutonomy & ImpactGenerate and interpret credit reports to guide business decisionsResolve escalated or sensitive collection cases independently, as financial analystHuman-Centered CommunicationAct as a respectful and trusted liaison between internal sales teams and customersManage communications with professionalism and empathyWhat You Bring To Our TeamCollege degree in business, accounting, or office admin or equivalent experience5-8 years of experience in a similar credit or collections role, in a commercial environment, or as a Financial analystExperience with accounting/ERP software is a strong assetA detail-oriented mindset, a steady hand, and a tactful voiceCompensation InformationBase Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annuallySupplemental Pay Types: Annual bonusThe final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.Competitive Benefits: In addition to a rewarding career within our team, we offerMedical and dental coverage from day one, along with short and long-term disability protectionContribution to a collective registered retirement savings plan upon starting your role.Wellness spending accountAn employee assistance program including psychological, financial, and legal support.Access to telemedicine from the beginning of your employment.Reimbursement of professional association membership fees.Early vacation program.Work–life balance supported through a hybrid work policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
