QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Property Accountant to join our team in Canada. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and support leases and recoveries using Yardi.

The role requires CPA designation or equivalent experience, a minimum of two years in commercial property accounting, and robust Excel skills.
