University Health Network (UHN) seeks a Pharmacist for the Transplant Outpatient Pharmacy at Toronto General Hospital. You will review prescriptions, monitor therapies for safety and effectiveness, and support medication reconciliation in a quick-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires a PharmD or BSc in Pharmacy, Ontario registration, and certification. Temporary full time, 12-month contract with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive advantages.
