About The Job

ASAP LEGAL is looking for a full time Lawyer based in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, preparing legal arguments, and representing the firm and its clients before various courts.

Eligibility
(i) Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
(ii) Solid research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Candidates with exposure to banking and financial-related matters will be preferred.
(vi) Enrolled with the respective Bar Council of India.

Responsibility
(i) Drafting legal documents and agreements.
(ii) Preparing legal arguments.
(iii) Representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
(iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
