Lifemark Health Group is seeking a bilingual Helpdesk Agent Tier 1 to work remotely supporting employees across Canada. You will report to the Senior Helpdesk Manager in a highly cooperative, client‑focused workplace.

Responsibilities include daily ticket management, explicit user guidance, and escalation of complex issues to the appropriate level of support, with a focus on maintaining high user satisfaction and seamless IT operations across divisions.
