Financial Services Specialist - BMW Markham, Markham, ON L3R 5M2 Financial Services Specialist Drive Your F&I; Career Forward with Pfaff Automotive BMW & MINI Markham is looking for an experienced, results-driven Financial Services Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a proven automotive F&I; professional who thrives on building value, overcoming objections, and closing sales while delivering a premium customer experience. This is not a traditional in-dealership F&I; Manager position. The Financial Services Specialist will primarily conduct scheduled customer consultations by phone and video, presenting protection products and F&I; solutions and successfully closing sales through these channels. Please note: References to “remote” consultations in this posting refer specifically to customer interactions conducted by phone and video. The work-location arrangement for this position should not be characterized as remote at this time. Our dealership team will manage document verification, contracts, signatures, and funding, allowing you to focus on customer engagement, identifying opportunities, building value, and maximizing F&I; product sales.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct scheduled F&I; customer consultations by phone and video
- Review available customer and sales opportunities each day and prioritize follow-up activity
- Present protection products and F&I; solutions based on individual customer needs
- Build value and confidently communicate product features and benefits
- Handle customer questions, overcome objections, and close F&I; product sales
- Follow up on customer opportunities where appointments were not booked or scheduled consultations were not completed
- Re-engage customers as appropriate to maximize available F&I; sales opportunities
- Track product sales through the store handoff process to support visibility and follow-through
- Partner closely with the dealership team to ensure a smooth handoff following each customer consultation
- Consistently work toward established sales, gross profit, and product penetration objectives
- Maintain accurate customer, appointment,



follow-up, and sales information
- Deliver a professional, premium customer experience throughout every interaction

What You'll Bring

- Successful candidates should be prepared to demonstrate performance in areas such as:
- Proven automotive F&I; sales experience
- Strong gross profit per vehicle results
- Demonstrated product penetration performance
- Consistent deal volume
- Proven ability to meet or exceed F&I; sales targets
- Experience engaging and closing customers through phone, video, or similar consultation channels
- Exceptional objection-handling and closing skills
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to capitalize on missed or incomplete opportunities
- Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities
- Solid knowledge of automotive F&I; and protection products
- Ability to independently manage opportunities, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity in a results-driven environment
- Please note: Strong F&I; administrative or paperwork experience alone is not sufficient for this position. We are seeking a proven sales-focused F&I; professional who can demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities, build value, overcome objections, follow up effectively, and close business.
