As the Lifestyle Assistant, you will report directly to the Lifestyle Manager, playing a crucial role in implementing innovative activities for our community residents. Your background in coordinating seniors' activities and fitness programs will be essential to enrich the lives of our members. You'll collaborate closely with volunteers, ensuring every initiative aligns with our vision to Make Today Great!
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver protected and engaging group activities for Seniors
• Organize and prepare materials for community events




• Plan programs to enhance residents’ quality of life
• Maintain documentation and evaluate individual activity plans
• Assist in the development of monthly newsletters
Requirements:
• Experience in retirement living activation programs
• Background in Recreation, Activation, or Health Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to older adults' changing needs
• Valid Driver's License is an asset
