The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and creates an exceptional customer experience. This role supports sales goals, represents the brand, and contributes to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and help meet individual and store sales objectives.
Share product knowledge and fashion styling guidance, and assist customers in fitting rooms.
Maintain sales floor, visual, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and opening or closing tasks.
Support store initiatives, training, and a cooperative team environment.
Requirements Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
Robust communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.

Adaptable availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
