Your role will include guiding Peer Mentors and fostering solid relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one career consultations with students
Design and deliver workshops on career readiness




Mentor Career Centre Peer Mentors and Co-op Interns
Establish connections with faculty to enhance career education
Tailor support services based on unique student needs Requirements:
3-year degree/diploma with 5 years in relevant roles
Proven customer service skills and communication expertise
Knowledge of labor market trends and resources
Understanding of career planning and resume development
