Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drawings and BIM models for HVAC and plumbing
Develop documentation using Revit and AutoCAD




Assist in system layouts, equipment selection, and calculations
Support designs compliant with National and Ontario Building Codes
Participate in site visits and commissioning support

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent
Over 5 years of experience in mechanical design

PSPC Reliability Clearance required
