Job Summary:Our client is seekingexperienced Terminal Manager to oversee the daily operations of their freight terminal. As a Terminal Manager, you'll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring productive freight handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily terminal operations, including freight handling, storage, and transportation.
Supervise and manage terminal staff, including drivers, handlers, and administrative personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage inventory levels, track freight movements, and optimize storage capacity.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in terminal management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification, forklift operator certification, or other relevant certifications.
